As you are joining military, clearing physical test is a must, which is taken every six months; the key to pass this examination is to do regular exercise.
In order to qualify, an individual must be between 18 to 28 years of age and a citizen of United States or Permanent US Resident Alien. The candidate should be High school diploma or equivalent and must be physically able. In the initial stage, the candidate is required to pass medical, mental, physical, an eye exam, drug test and other background checks. Once all the tests are passed, the candidate is then send for boot camp, which is a fitness level and determination training that lasts for thirteen weeks. The boot camp is the last level of test. All the successful candidates are then placed in their roles or further training.
